<b><i><span style="color: blue;">ho messo a bollire l'acqua con un po di sale e mentre aspettavo ho lavato le lumachine 2-3 volte , le ho messe a scolare , ho aspettato che i molluschi fossero tutti fuori visto che erano ancora vivi e una volta che l'acqua è arrivata a bollore le ho versate dentro , le ho lasciate un paio di minuti dopo di che le ho tirate fuori e le ho lavate subito sotto l'acqua fredda più volte , in questo modo avranno rilasciato tutte le impurità e in special modo quelle fastidiose linguine .</span></i></b><br />

<b><i><span style="color: blue;">ho pulito con cura il pesce , ho tolto le spine dove serviva e l'ho tagliato a pezzi grossolanamente ho pulito con cura anche le cozze , vongole e tenute da parte . </span></i></b><br />
<b><i><span style="color: blue;">ho preso una pentola capiente e fatto un soffritto con l'aglio , l'olio , la cipolla , ho aggiunto il prezzemolo, la maggiorana il peperoncino e il pesce , naturalmente quelli che hanno una cottura più lunga , la seppia , i calamari , il palombo , la coda di rospo , la gallinella , ho sfumato con il vino e aggiunto i pomodori tagliati a dadini , ho coperto e lasciato cuocere per 15 minuti circa controllando di tanto in tanto la cottura dopo di che ho unito anche le cozze , le vongole e le cicale , ho coperto e lasciato che tutti i molluschi si fossero aperti , ho aggiustato di sale e lasciato ancora sul fuoco 15 minuti circa spolverizzando altro prezzemolo fresco a fine cottura .</span></i></b><br />
